What sizes are available?

Yes. Custom fitting is one of Ameera’s signature services and a key reason why our customers choose us.

We believe great style starts with the perfect fit. Our team carefully accommodates your fitting preferences to create outfits that complement your shape and provide exceptional comfort, confidence, and elegance.

What fabrics are used in Ameera Collection outfits?

We use premium quality fabrics such as Pure Georgette,
Chiffon, and other high-grade materials. Each outfit is
described in detail on its product page so you know exactly
what you are getting.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! Partial COD is available for orders within India.
You can choose this option at checkout. Full prepaid payment
is also accepted via standard online methods.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at

1–3 business days, so early contact gives the best chance
of making changes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID
via email or SMS. You can use this ID on the courier
partner’s website to track your delivery status in real time.

How long does delivery take?

– Processing time : 1–3 business days
– Delivery time : 3–7 business days across India
– Remote areas may take additional time.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at
checkout. Free shipping may be available on selected
products or during special offers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. We proudly deliver our products to customers across the globe. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If possible, do not accept a visibly damaged package at
delivery. If damage is discovered after opening, contact

or videos and we will assist you promptly.

What if delivery fails due to an incorrect address?

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number
are accurate at the time of placing your order. If
delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability,
re-shipping charges may apply.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is the return window?

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be:
– Unused and unwashed
– In original condition
– With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items are NOT eligible for return:
– Products marked as Final Sale
– Items purchased during clearance or heavy discounts
– Used, damaged, or altered products

How do I raise a return request?

– Contact us via email or phone within the 7-day window
– Provide your order details and product images (if needed)
– Our team will confirm and guide you through the process
Note: Customers may need to bear return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will
notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are
processed within 5–7 business days back to your original
payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Exchanges are possible subject to product availability.
If the item you want is unavailable, a refund will be
provided instead. Contact us within the 7-day return
window to start an exchange.

I received the wrong or defective item — what do I do?

Please report any wrong or defective items within
48 hours of delivery. Share clear images or a video as
proof to info@theameeracollection.com. We will arrange a
replacement or refund after verification.
